| Do I have to book my reservation in advance? |
Yes. Our office requires a minimum three days
notice for bookings. More is better. |
| What happens if I have to travel on sudden
notice? |
If you find yourself unable to book in advance,
please call our office. We will do our best to get you a seat on one our
vehicles. Last minute bookings are subject to available seating on
available vehicles, but we will endeavour to accommodate you. |
| What happens if a vehicle breaks down while en route? |
Classique maintains a fleet of vehicles on the highways at any given time.
Should your vehicle break down we have more than ample vehicles to stop and
help out. Failing that, we also have staff at the office who can quickly
come to the rescue if needed. The company employs a well-skilled
mechanic, who takes great pride in maintaining our fleet so that our vehicles
keep running in top condition |
| Can I bring a pet? |
You can, however it's imperative that you let
the order-taker know that you have an animal traveling with you when you
call to book a reservation. The order-taker will need to know the size of
the animal and the size of the animal carrier. Due to possible allergic
reactions from other customers, and to the amount of space that animal
carriers take up (along with luggage), people traveling with animals will be
booked as an 'exclusive.' There are some exceptions. Please contact our
office for details. |
| I have a couple of boxes with me. Can I bring
them? |
As with pets, you will need to contact the
office and discuss this with one of the order takers. Information needed
by us will include the number of boxes/parcels and the exact size and weight
of each. |
